Georgia Shutters responded quickly and on our schedule. The Georgia Shutters representative arrived ready to present our options and take measurements. He was professional in both appearance and attitude and he makes you feel like he is an old friend from the start. He showed us the options and we agreed on what we liked and then he measured all the windows so he could e-mail us an estimate. First off, on the estimate, his measurements were exact, and far more accurate than the other company reps we had called. There was such a difference on some of the windows that I went back and measured them myself to see who was closer. He was right on, the others had over measured and had given us inflated cost estimates. Georgia Shutters placed our order and Carl, the installer came out for the final measurement. Carl is a great guy too, and he is as careful to keep your home neat when he works. Georgia Shutters kept us updated and when the shutters arrived, we were able to schedule the installation to fit our schedule. We have beautiful windows, large and with decorative tops, so we were curious how the shutters would look and if they would hide some of the beauty.
